Notary for notarisations of any kind as well as for the certification of signatures, copies and transcripts. I assist as a notary in a variety of legal transactions, such as in the field of

• real estate: buying and selling of property, contracts of donation, usufruct, creation of mortgages and land charges, heritable building rights or easements;
• corporations: Incorporation or reorganisation of a company, mergers, transfer of shares, applications for registration with the Commercial Register, notarisation of shareholders’ meetings or general meetings;
• inheritance and donation: notarisation of wills and inheritance contracts, certificate of inheritance, estate distribution, anticipated succession, donation agreements;
• marriage, partnership and family: marriage contract, divorce and partner contract, adoption;
• health care proxy, living will;
• divorce agreement, settlement of an estate, executory titles.

Upon request I can advise and notarise both in German and in English language.
